We currently offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. For areas not covered by our standard shipping, you will be notified during checkout, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if delivery is unavailable.

3. Shipping Time & Methods
Shipping time is calculated separately from processing time and varies by destination and shipping method. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days for major regions (North America, Europe, Australia); 15-30 business days for remote areas or other regions.
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days for most countries, available at an additional cost during checkout.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, destination of the order, and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions for orders that meet a certain minimum purchase amount (details will be displayed on the homepage or in the promotion announcement).
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
Our prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the customs or courier upon delivery. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is not delivered within the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer service first to track the package. For standard shipping, we will initiate an investigation with the courier after 30 days from the shipping date; for express shipping, the investigation will start after 7 days. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or reship the order at your option.
