Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The item is not a customized product, perishable goods, personal care items (for hygiene reasons), or clearance items (unless they are defective).
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or shipping confirmation email).
2. Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Log into your account, go to “My Orders”, select the order you want to return, and fill in the return application form (including return reason, photos of the item if defective). Alternatively, contact our customer service via email to submit the request.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your return request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will send a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions to your email.
- Send Back the Item: Pack the item securely with the original packaging (if possible) and attach the RA number to the package. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in the order (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).
- Track Return Delivery: Please keep the return shipping tracking number for reference. We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Inspection & Refund Processing
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days to verify its condition. If the item meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refund Time: The refund processing time is 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing cycle. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund (including original shipping fees) or send a replacement at no extra cost, based on your preference.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized products made according to your specific requirements.
- Personal care items, such as cosmetics, skincare products, or hair tools (unless unopened and defective).
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the recipient.
- Clearance items or promotional items marked as “final sale”.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, contact our customer service immediately with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item, and return shipping costs will apply.
